Goods ordered in error incur a 15% restocking fee. CSA accepts authorised returns for credit within 10 days if goods are unopened and in saleable condition. Modification of an order by the customer after order acceptance by CSA may result in a change in price to reflect material and labor expenses incurred by CSA, in making said modifications.
