What are Adobe Student and Teacher Editions?
Student and Teacher Editions are the same full versions of the commercial
software products, priced at discounts for students, faculty, teachers, and
school staff.
The Student and Teacher Edition box contains a product DVD and a form to use
to request a serial number from Adobe. The Student and Teacher Editions are
available for both Windows® and Mac OS platforms. The product packages contain
no printed manuals: the documentation is provided in electronic form on the
product DVDs. Customers will be required to provide
proof of eligibility to
Adobe in order to use an Adobe Student and Teacher Edition

Desktop applications
Creative Cloud membership provides access to all creative desktop apps for
download and installation on your local computer, as well as additional apps and
online services. Desktop applications included with your membership are
available in both Mac OS and Windows® versions. All 2015 Creative Cloud desktop
apps have a minimum operating system requirement of Mac OS X 10.9 and Windows 7,
or later. Earlier versions of Creative Cloud apps are supported on earlier
operating systems.
